What's a business analyst? What do they do? Find out this week as we talk with to Moser team members Lori Wheeler and Mike Boris.
Lori is a Senior Business Analyst, Team Manager, and Principal Consultant at Moser Consulting. With 20+ years of experience, she specializes in business analysis across finance, non-profit, insurance, and manufacturing sectors. She's a certified product owner and scrum master, currently working towards her CBAP certification. As a certified life coach, Lori combines her expertise in both business analysis and personal development to inspire and guide her clients to achieve success. Lori also provides mentoring and training to other business analysts.
Mike is also a Principal Consultant with Moser. He has a degree in Ceramic Engineering, and 20+ years of Business Analysis. His work has been more closely aligned with industrial and regulated manufacturing, as well as logistics and process improvement. He got into cyber-security during the GDPR rollout and as a Technical Lead he has the opportunity to develop internal processes, mentor less experienced BAs and spread Christmas Cheer. His interests include 3D printing, cycling and vocal performance. He’s an extrovert influencer who really didn’t like the isolation of the pandemic and is glad to be back out in the world.
