Through her 15+ years at Moser, Natalie has worked as a UX Designer, Scrum Master (CSM Certified), and Team Manager. She believes strong teams are built through collaboration and transparency and she's always looking for ways to leverage her teammates' strengths. Natalie is a creator by nature, and in her free time, she has been learning watercolor and helping friends with business branding and design needs.
